While I was a case manager for large multinational company, I had the pleasure of working on several cases with Robert Goldberg, M.D. I was employed in the Legal Department making recommendations for acceptance of claims as well as providing recommendations for continuing care. I requested that Dr. Goldberg review 3 cases in rapid succession and he quickly and professionally reviewed these cases providing me with highly technical, evidence-based reports which allowed my employer to make sound legal determinations as to compensability which were always easily supported in further judicial determinations. He was professional in his interactions with me as well as with the adjusters with whom I worked.
