How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Family Business... I have been in the diamond business ( wholesale only) and transitioned into retail. Great way to help people out in the community, especially those who don't have any bank help.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customers can deal with the owner. It is amazing how frustrated people are dealing with big pawn chains in the city. I always find a way to make customers get what they need. sometime it has to be creative, but I work hard to accommodate.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One locating on Lake Street ( Uptown ) area of Minneapolis. I would rather stay small, no expansion. That way I can control the outcome for my clients.
